Director of Investment Operations and Managing Director

Rene Alarid is director of investment operations and managing director for Thornburg Investment Management. Her responsibilities include serving as the client point of contact for operational needs and ad-hoc requests, coordinating new account openings, and managing and overseeing middle- and back-office functions such as reconciliations, corporate actions, proxy voting, client reporting, billing, and trade operations. Rene holds a BBA in accounting from the University of New Mexico and joined Thornburg in 2004.
