Kelly Fant, CSRIC

Associate Director, Strategic Relationships

Kelly Fant is an associate director, strategic relationships for Thornburg Investment Management. She joined the firm in 2026 and is responsible for business development and growth of key relationships at Thornburg’s leading partner firms nationwide.

Before joining Thornburg, Kelly served nine years at UBS, most recently as the head of the advisory sales desk, where she was responsible for leading a team of investment consultants focused on growing the advisory business through portfolio construction, asset manager selection, and asset allocation. She brings extensive experience in traditional investment products, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and separately managed accounts.

Kelly graduated magna cum laude with a BA in economics from Bucknell University. She is a Chartered SRI Counselor and is registered with FINRA with a Series 7 and 66. She resides in Westfield, NJ with her husband.
