Jacque Finn

Jacque Finn is a senior investment consultant for Thornburg Investment Management, covering the Northern California–Central Valley region. He joined the firm in 2025.
Prior to joining Thornburg, Jacque spent 20 years with Hartford Funds as a senior investment consultant and began his career with AIG SunAmerica in 2004 as an internal consultant. Over his career, he has supported financial advisors and their clients through educational programs, client seminars, product expertise, and practice management.
Jacque earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wyoming, where he attended on a Division I football scholarship. He is currently registered with FINRA with Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
Jacque resides in Loomis, California, with his wife and their three children.
